I most say I’m more creative in the kitchen then I’ve ever been. Experimenting with different dishes and trying to cook things I usually would only consume if I were out to eat some where. Today I prepared a Vegan Jambalaya 😋. I used brown rice, Black Beans,Tofurky Italian Sausage, onions , peppers 🌶 ,Fresh Green Beans, Himalayan Pink salt, pepper, Dash Ground Ginger, Garlic, Parsley. It was truly delicious I even went back for seconds an didnt feel one bit guilty lol. Ive come to have my favorites already prepared like Guacamole for lunch to spread over my Bagel Thins and Tofurky Deli slices. Also at night to help with my sudden sweet tooth craving I make a Blueberry Smoothie made with Almond milk and fresh Blueberries. Always hits the spot 😊. The only challenge I’ve had thus far is standing in front of theNon- Dairy Ice Cream Frezzer For over 35 mins Trying to decide what flavor to get an brand. Who would have thought Ice cream was going to be my biggest challenge 🍦. All is well in my world 🌎 an I hope the same to you all.
